Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and splenda together. Cut in the shortening to pea size. Make a depression in the middle and add the milk. Mix lightly with a fork until just blended. Add only enough additional milk to make a cohesive dough.Remove dough onto a lightly floured board and pat it out to the thickness desired. Cut into biscuits and place on a silpat covered cooking sheet.Place in 475 degree preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. They will turn a nice golden color when done.Serve hot.
