Slowly whisk in egg, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and brown sugar. Once well blended, take slice of bread and saturate both sides of bread with mixture. Place coated slices of bread in preheated skillet or griddle and allow to cook 2-3 minutes on both sides, making sure bread is not sticking to surface.
