4 cups chopped cabbage
4 cups shredded carrots or (1 Bag of Fresh Express 3 Color cole slaw - No Dressing)
1 cup of cut italian sausage
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup water if vegetables

Here is how you make Fried Coleslaw:

Cut up cabbage and carrots (or Pre-made slaw mix.)Pre-heat skillet on low for 1-4 minutes before adding mix. Add mix to skillet and sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder. Sprinkle 1/2 the olive oil over top of mix, and add shrimp to your liking, and italian sausage then stir coating the mix with oil before adding the rest of the olive oil. Continue stir and flipping until the mix is wilted and still has crunch left. Add water if neccessary to prevent burning. Number of Servings: 4Serving Size:?Makes 4 1/2 cup servings.
