Combine oatgs, bran flakes, almonds and wheat germ and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350F (when you start to smell it, it's done). Mix with remaining ingredients and store in a sealed container in the cupboard.Makes 6 1-cup servings, but I don't always measure.
