Here is how you make Garlicy Greens:

Heat a large non-stick skillet, add oil and garlic, simmer a couple seconds just till you can smell it... add onions and crushed red pepper flakes and mix well sauteing until transparent.Add mushrooms, mix well to coat with oil and sautee until very soft.Add entire package of baby spinach, turning with tongs constantly to allow spinach to coat with some of the olive oil and mix with the onions, mushrooms and seasonings.Salt and pepper to taste.Continue to sautee just until done, don't overcook!!!Serving Size: makes 4 servingsNumber of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user CINDY_LU_WHO.
