Here is how you make Joy's Holiday Ambrosia:

Place all fruit in large bowl including juice from canned fruit. I like to cut the orange sections from the fresh oranges in half. Add coconut and chopped pecans and lightly stir to mix. Ambrosia can be made the day before. Store in a large glass bowl covered.
