Here is how you make No-knead basic boule:

Serving Size:?Makes 3 loaves, 6 large slices eachFirst Day-Place water in a large, lidded container (like large tupperware) with a full-sized lid that doesn't fit too snugly. Add salt and yeast, then add flour all at once. Mix the dough so it's uniformly sticky - dough will be very sticky. DO NOT KNEAD. Let sit on the counter with lid on for 2-3 hours to let rise. This does not have to be perfect, it will rise in the oven. Store dough in the refrigertor for at least 3 hours and up to 14 days, it's easiest to use really cold. To bake- dust top of risen bread with flour, cut with serrated knife into thirds and take one third out. Flour hands and hold mass of dough in them, pulling the top of dough under to the bottom to make a smooth top. It will be a small, football-shaped ball. DO NOT KNEAD! It will take about 30 seconds to make a uniformly smooth dough - it's okay if the bottom is a little lumpy, it will smooth.Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Let sit for 40 minutes. 20 minutes before baking, pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.When ready, slash top of bread with serrated knife 5-6 times to vent. Place in oven in middle of rack on cookie sheet and bake 30-35 minutes. Will be ready when crust is crunchy and brown and sounds hollow when tapped.Let cool on wire rack for about 10-15 minutes.
