Here is how you make Newfoundland Meatballs:

Preheat oven to 350 F.Mix hamburger, egg and oats(i add pepper and salt here.)Form meatballs and place in glass oven safe pan.(I used 9x9 pan)..In small bowl, mix ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar,and water...should be thin sauce but if it isn't just add more water...(no cals in water!lol)..Then pour ketchup mixture over meatballs..Place in oven at 350 F for 60 minutes..till no longer pink inside...Serving Size:?makes 18 big meatballs..about 1 inch diameter.Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user GEMGLOW.
