Place water, muesli, oats and salt in small pan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 3 - 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove pan from the stove and stir in wheat germ, bee pollen, flax seed meal, fruit, and one tsp of the sugar, then sprinkle cinnamon and the remaining sugar on the top.
