Here is how you make Baked Blueberry Oatmeal:

1. In a large bowl mix oats, baking pwoder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Optional - Add dried fruits and nuts. Set aside. 2. In a separate bowl mix the eggs, milk, melted coconut oil, brown sugar, honey and vanilla extract. 3. Pout the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until well combined. Gently stir in blueberries. 4. Pour into a greased 2 qt. baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. 5.
