Boil water in small saucepan. Add oats, return to boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Cover and set aside.In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Add cooked oatmeal and mix well. Pour into sprayed 8-inch square pan or 4 individual oven safe serving dishes.
