For the pancakes combine the flour, protein powder, sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon, milk, almond, vanilla, apple and eggs into a bowl. Heat a non-stick pan over a medium to low heat and lightly spray with a little oil. Place 2 tablespoonfuls of the batter into the pan and cook over a low to medium heat for about 3 minutes each side.
