Here is how you make Parmesan Crisps:

Grate parmesan using large holes on a box grater. Combine parmesan, flour, and pepper in small bowl. Toss to mix evenly. Drop mixture by the tablespoonful onto parchment or silicone baking mat lined baking sheet (lining is NOT optional--these will stick and break if you don't use parchment or a silicone baking mat). Using the back of the spoon, spread piles to an even thickness and tidy up edges. Keep each cluster at least 1/2" away from the next.
