Here is how you make Cindi's Eggplant Parmesan:

Cover bottom of baking dish lightly with Spaghetti Sauce. Slice Eggplant. Spray each slice of eggplant on both sides with the Pam Cooking Spray- Olive Oil, and lightly coat each side with bread crumbs. Place in pan. Top each eggplant slice with tomato past. Sprinkle Kraft Parmesan Cheese on top. Use remainder of Marinara Sauce to cover eggplant slices.
