Here is how you make Italian Summer Pasta:

Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain pasta but reserve 1 cup of pasta water for later. Puree parsley, 1 tbsp of olive oil, capers, and a 1/3 of the garlic in a food processor.Heat the remaining oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cabbage and saute until wilted about 3 minutes.Add the green beans and remaining garlic and toss. Add 3/4 cup of cheese, pasta and 2/3 of the retained pasta water, toss until pasta is evenly coated. Continue adding remaining pasta and pasta water until all is incorporated.
