Here is how you make Pasta a la Zucchini:

Slice your zucchini lengthwise on a mandolin using the juliene function, or french fry cutters with a thin grain. It will look like thick fetucini noodles.Finely mince your glove of garlic (optional).Heat the olive oil on medium heat in a non-stick skillet. Add zucchini and garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
