1/2 C. brown sugar, I prefer dark
1 T baking powder
1 t kosher salt
1 1/2 t cinnamon, ground
1/2 t ground nutmeg
1/4 t ground ginger
3 Eggland eggs, large,
1 C Cinnamon Applesauce, sweetened
1/2 C HEB Mootopia 2 % milk
2 medium apples, peeled and chopped or sliced, I use 1 Fuji and 1 Opal Gold
1/4 C Pecans, pieces or chopped
1/2 C raisins, not packed

Here is how you make Spiced Apple Pie Baked Oatmeal:

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease baking dish well. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, applesauce and milk, stirring after each addition. Fold in apple slices. Then fold in nuts and raisins. Pour into an 8 inch square pan and bake about 35 minutes. Oatmeal is finished when a knife inserted in center comes out moist with oatmeal crumbs. Let cool a few minutes before serving warm. Serving Size:?6-8
