What Are The Ingredients For Leslie's Seasoned Fathead Pizza Crust Recipe? The ingredients for Leslie's Seasoned Fathead Pizza Crust are: 1 1/2 c. Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour or any almond flour3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 4 oz Cream cheese 1/3 less fat (Neufch?tel) 2 large eggs Garlic powder Oregano, dried flakes Parchment paper Large pizza pan (cut recipe in half for a smaller one or a cookie sheet) How Do I Make Leslie's Seasoned Fathead Pizza Crust? Here is how you make Leslie's Seasoned Fathead Pizza Crust: Preheat oven to 425 F.Microwave in a bowl the mozzarella and cream cheese, cubed, for 1 minute, 30 seconds. Stir, then microwave another 30 seconds.Stir in eggs and almond flour. Flour will not fully mix, but that's okay.Get a piece of parchment paper that will cover your pan with extra to spare. This is important because the crust will not bake well if it is on the pan.Wet hands and spread dough on the paper to the size of your pan. Use a fork to poke holes all over the dough. This is to keep air bubbles from forming. Sprinkle garlic powder all over crust. Do the same with oregano. Carefully put the paper and dough into your oven, DIRECTLY on the rack. I put my pan on the open oven door to keep the distance to the rack as short as possible. Make sure your dough edges do not slip between the rungs of the rack. Bake the crust for about 8 minutes or until done. This smells amazing. During baking, check the crust. Poke any air bubbles that may form. Adjust position of your crust if the edge has fallen between rungs. When done, carefully remove it from the oven. I place my pan on the door again for this. Scoot the hot crust onto your pan.At this point, you can build your pizza with your favorite sauce and toppings. Don't overdo mozzarella toppings since there is so much in the crust. Meat and veggie toppings should be pre cooked. I cook my veggies a bit in oil, then drain well. Bake your pizza on your pizza pan for a few minutes until the cheese is done.Serving Size: Makes 1 large 14-inch pizza crust, 8 slicesNumber of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user LESLIEDU88.What's The Nutritional Info For Leslie's Seasoned Fathead Pizza Crust? The nutritional information for Leslie's Seasoned Fathead Pizza Crust is:
