Here is how you make Oat Pizza Dough:

1. Preheat oven 220?C/425?F2. In a mixer, blend dry ingredients. Add honey. While blending slowly add water until it forms a ball. Dough should be dry enough to handle without being tacky. 3. If dough is tacky, place between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll into a rectangular or circular pizza shape. Remove the top parchment paper. 4. Slide the parchment paper with the pizza dough on to a baking tray or pizza stone, and bake at 220?C/425?F for 10-15 minutes, or until brown.5. Once dough has finished cooking, remove from the oven and add desired toppings. Pre-cook toppings that can not be eaten raw. 6. Bake at 220?C/425?F for another 5-10 minutes to heat up the toppings.
