Place 1 stick butter into an 11 x 15 pan. Place in oven and set to 400*. While butter is melting, peel and rinse 6 large potatoes. Cut into thick slices, then into wedges.

Into a large mixing bowl place the following ingredients:
1 c. whole grain flour
1 t. salt
1 t. chipotle pepper, ground
1 t. California style garlic powder (has parsley in it)
Toss together. Add wedges, a few at a time, toss to coat.

Place wedges in pan. Return to oven and bake 60 min. or until potatoes are soft.
These are great when served with "Aunt Cia's Homemade Ketchup" but any ketchup will do. "-)
