1/2 a large vadalia onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 tsp each dried rosemary and dried thyme ( I didn't have fresh)
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to coat potatoes well.Spray grill safe pan with non stick spray and spread potato mixture evenly over pan. Cover with foil and place on hot grill. After 7-10 minutes, uncover and stir potatoes to prevent burning.
