How Do I Make Grilled Potato's?

Here is how you make Grilled Potato's:

Clean potato skin very well. Pre-cook the potato's in the microwave (usually 8-15 min, depends on microwave). Mix together all seasoning in small bowl. Cut cooked potato's in half, (long ways) while still warm. May want to use a hot pad. Use a pastry brush to fully coat both sides of the potato's. For best flavoring, score the meat of the potato and be sure to get as much seasoning inside the potato. Pre-Heat the grill 2-3 minutes on high, turn down to medium before using. Place potato's meat side down, 2 minutes, then turn a quarter of a turn and leave for another 2 min. This will give great grill marks. Turn over potato's and grill skin side down for another 2 min.
