Here is how you make Sara's Cauliflower Mash - Faux mashed potatoes:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Remove leaves and stem from cauliflower, cut into pieces. Add cauliflower pieces to boiling water, boil for 15 minutes or until fork tender. Once cooked, drain water. Allow cauliflower to cool for 10 minutes. Now that it's cooled, add the cauliflower pieces to a blender or food processor. Add milk, butter, cheeses and any other spices (I use black pepper).
