Wash and slice 6 medium size red potatoes with the skins on. Coarsly chop 1 medium size onion (about 1 cup)Place Olive oil in a non-stick skillet sautee onion for a few minutes until they just start to become translucent. Place potato slices in pan,add Garlic salt to taste.Cover the pan and flip the potatoes ever few minutes until they are browned. Remove from heat and place cheese on top, cover and let cheese melt.
