Here is how you make Herbed Garlic Potatoes:

Wash 3 lbs of small red potatoes and place in a steamer.In the bottom of the steamer place a few sprigs of fresh rosemary and thyme. Steam until soft (aprox 20-30 minutes depending on the size of your potatoes).While potatoes are steaming, remove stems from a few sprigs of fresh thyme, snip rosemary into small slices with a pair of scissors. Grate or chop the garlic fine and add to the bowl.When Potatoes are tender add potatoes to the bowl with the herbs and spray with non stick spray. Top with Parm. Cheese and toss lightly.
