Chop potatoes into 1" cubes and steam for 10 minutes with cauliflower, until tender enough to mash with a fork. The cauliflower may take a little longer than 10 minutes to get fork-tender. In a food processor, cream beans with cauliflower, then mash potatoes in a separate bowl. Stir two mixtures together (or puree potatoes as well in processor), and serve!!
