1 cup of light coconut milk
? cup chia seeds
A Cold metal mixing bowl ( I set mine in the freezer for 15 min)

Here is how you make Berry Chia Pudding:

Strawberry Puree1. Place your berries into a food processor or blender and mix well until a liquid forms with little pulp.2. Pour the puree into a bowl and add half your honey. Check for taste.3. Set aside your puree.Pudding1. Start with a cold metal mixing bowl for best results2. Mix your chia seeds, milk, and rest of honey.3. Add in your strawberry puree.4. Mix well and place in your fridge UNCOVERED for 4-6 hours. I usually let mine sit over night.5.
