Here is how you make Christmas Pudding:

Peel and grate potatoes and carrots.Cream sugar and margarine on medium speed, using flat beater. Add raisins, dates and nuts to creamed mixture. Add carrots and potatoes. Mix on low speed until blended. Combine dry ingredients. Add fruit to mixture. Mix on low speed until blended. Portion mixture into greased muffin pans.
