1 can canned pumpkin
1/3 C. water
2 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 C. raisins (chopped or whole)


How Do I Make Pumpkin Orange Loaf?

Here is how you make Pumpkin Orange Loaf:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 X 5 Inch loaf pan.2. Cut orange into wedges and remove seeds. Place orange, peel and all, into food processor. Pulse until finely chopped, set it aside.3. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the pumpkin, water and the ground orange. Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and the cloves. Stir into batter until moistened. Stir in raisins. Spoon into greased loaf pan.4. Bake for one hour (maybe a little longer), until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 min.
