How Do I Make Quinoa Tots?

Here is how you make Quinoa Tots:

Cook quinoa per package instructions. Combine the other ingredients. When quinoa is done, drain and empty into the sauce pan. Add seasoning and stir. Mixture will become sticky. Wait 5-10 minutes until cool enough to handle. Preheat oven to 450 and lightly oil a baking sheet. Take slightly more than a teaspoon sized amount of mixture and roll and shape with hands to make tots. This mixture is very sticky and makes hands messy. It's helpful to wash your hands every so often. Place tots on baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until browned and crispy.
