Here is how you make Jag (Portuguese Rice and Beans):

Saute chourico and onion in pan until onion is translucent, but not brown. Add 2 cups water, 1 cup rice, lima beans and margarine. Add salt & pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover to simmer for 25 minutes until liquid is fully absorbed. Remove pan from heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes.
