1 cup of Water
2 Chicken Bouillion Cubes
1/2 Cup of Sweet Onion, diced, such as Walla Walla
2 Tbl Paprika, smoked would probably also work well
1 Tbl Concentated Lime Juice
WHITE Pepper, Salt and Cayanne to taste


How Do I Make Carribean Coconut Rice?

Here is how you make Carribean Coconut Rice:

1.) Dice Onion and throw into pan with butter, saute until translucent (about 3-4 minutes)2.) Place all ingredients, EXCEPT LIME JUICE.3.)Bring to a boil with lid on then turn to low.4.) When there is still a little bit of liquid sitting on top of the rice (about 15-20 minutes later) turn off rice and let sit with lid on (do not open) for 15-20.5.) Add lime juice, fluff and serve.***As you can see I used Sushi rice, which means because it is more glutionous will be higher in calories.
