Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Baker's Angel Flake Coconut Sweetened, 4 tbsp
Wild Rice, .5 cup
Brown Rice, long grain, .5 cup
Better Than Bouillon, 3 tsp
Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)


How Do I Make Carrott and Coconut Wild and Brown Rice?

Here is how you make Carrott and Coconut Wild and Brown Rice:

Heat oil in large skillet, heat carrots, onion, garlic in oil til onions just translucent. Stir in both rice's and coat slick and slightly brown. Stir in coconut to heated. Pour in 2 cups of Bouillon infused water. Boil and occasionally stir until water mostly absorbed. Add one more cup of water and simmer until absorbed. Test for tenderness adding more water if needed.
