Here is how you make Mushroom Faux Rice:

Start by sauting the mushrooms, garlic and onion in a skillet with butter, in the mean time cut up cauliflower and put into food proccesor and pulse until the consistancy of rice. You can also use a grader and grade the cauliflower. Dissolve the bullion cube in a cup of boiling water.
