Here is how you make Seasoned Brown Rice:

Makes 2 1-cup servings.In heavy saucepan over med-high heat, saute garlic and onions in olive oil until slightly translucent, stirring frequently. Add rice and vegetable broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 30-40 mins, until broth is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve.Add a dash of lite soy sauce or Bragg's Liquid Aminos if desired.Optional: Add 1/4 cup diced celery and 1/2 cup dice carrots. Saute with onions.
