Here is how you make Veggie Rice:

Cook 1.5 c rice and 3 c. water according to package directions, except add the poultry bouillon to the water before boiling.While the rice is cooking, saute garlic in a skillet in hot olive oil until light brown; then add veggies and stir fry over medium heat until tender. If your rice cooks for 20 minutes, the vegetable mix will take a little over half that time. Set them aside until the rice finishes. Then stir them into the rice and serve.
