Place milk, salt, sugar and butter in pan. Heat until butter is melted. Whisk until salt and sugar are dissolved. Add eggs and whisk again until well beaten. Pour into a bread machine pan add flour and then yeast. Set machine on dough. When dough is ready form into 28 balls. Place on lightly sprayed pans about 1 inch a part.
