Bring oil, sugar, salt and water to a boil; remove from heat. Stir in the matzo meal all at once, return to heat, beating continuously till it forms a compact ball and leaves the sides of the pan. Using hand mixer, beat in the eggs, one at a time, till the batter is smooth thick and shiny. Shape the batter into 8-10 balls and place on greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Cut across top in a roll design. Bake, 375 x 1 hour till golden brown.
