Here is how you make Sourdough rolls:

Add 2 cups water to the 1 cup of starter and wisk for 2 minutes.Add 3 cups of flour to the mixture and mix well.Add 1 cup water and optional salt (salt slows the fermentation increasing the flavour). Mix well. Add remaining 3 cups flour and mix well. Cover and keep at room temperature for 12 - 15 hours. Sprinkle top of sourdough with flour and cover hands on flour. Spray oil (pam) on a sheet of plastic wrap and remove dough from bowl and place on plastic. Clean bowl. Spray bowl with pam, return the dough to the bowl. Let rise 5-6 more hours. Preheat oven to 450. Place pans in the oven and let them heat for 30 minutes. Carefully transfer dough to pan. Cover pan (lid or tin foil) and put in oven for 30 minutes.
