Here is how you make Brown and Serve Rolls:

Scald milk, add to sugar, salt, and oil. Cool to lukewarm.Dissolve yeast in the warm water. Add the yeast mixture and half the flour to milk mixture. Beat until smooth; add the remaining flour and knead until smooth.Put in greased bowl, turn to coat, cover, and let rise until double (about 1 1/2 hours).Punch down; divide into 24 pieces; form into balls and put in greased muffin pans.Cover and let rise until double (about 45 minutes).Heat oven to 275* and bake for 20 to 30 minutes but do not brown.Cool in pans 20 minutes.Remove and cool.
