How Do I Make Marge's Pasta Sauce?

Here is how you make Marge's Pasta Sauce:

In a large non-stick pot, sweat onions for 5 minutes until soft, over medium-low heat.Add tomato sauce, water, rosemary, 1 TBLS Basil, 1/2 Tsp oregano, salt and pepper to onions in pot. (Reserve the remaining basil and oregano for later.) Let sauce simmer over medium low heat until rosemary and onions are tender and soft. About 30 minutes.Add the remaining basil and oregano. Add the tomato paste and stir well or whisk into sauce until thoroughly blended. Simmer over low heat another 20-30 minutes until sauce thickens up, stirring frequently so sauce doesn't burn. Check flavor and add additional salt and pepper according to your taste.
