Pour in liquid all at once and combine with as few strokes as possible. Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead gently. Pat or roll out to 3/4" thickness. Cut into rounds or triangles. Place on lightly greased or teflon-coated baking sheet. Brush tops lightly with reserved egg yolk. Sprinkle with granulated sugar or cinnamon. Bake in 400* oven for 5-6 minutes.
