Here is how you make Spelt Scones:

Mix together the dry ingredients, fruit, and nuts. Add the milk and gently stir with a fork until just mixed. You may need to add 1-2 more tbs. of milk if the dough is too dry.Turn dough on to a floured board and need gently a few times. Add flour to the top and turn over if the dough is too sticky. Pat into a circle about 1 inch thick. Cut into wedges. Place on pan lined with parchment paper. Leave space in between the wedges.
