2 little individual cups of Jello (Any Flavor, I use Black Cherry Sugar Free)

6oz container Lite Yogurt (Any Flavor, I use Strawberry)

Half a Cup of Half and Half Cream (I use fat free, but you could use milk or soy milk)

About 2 oz. of Orange Juice - no pulp

1 cup of frozen blackberries (I use organic no sugar added and do NOT thaw first)

Here is how you make Blackberry Breakfast Smoothie:

Makes 2 - 16oz servingsYou can use any flavor mixture that you like (I have been fiddling with smoothie recipes and use this one the most)Put blackberries and yogurt in blender and "Liquify"Next spoon in the jello and pour in half and half. Depending on how thick or not you like it pour in a little orange juice. I use a couple of ounces and it is the consistancy of a medium thick milk shake!Blend till smooth and there you go! After I blend, I put the blender on "whip" for a couple of minutes. It seems to fluff it up a little.All that fruit gives you SO much energy!
