Pour 1 can Kerns Nectar into your blender. Add 2 pouches of Carnation Instant Breakfast. Blend until dissolved. Add frozen fruit; blend until smooth. The smoothie will be rather thick, the texture of soft serve ice cream almost. You may want to add a little milk if the mixture is too thick or if desired, but this is optional.
