Slice and dice clean vegetables with or without the skins (your choice) I scraped my carrot and peeled my potatoe, zucchini and onion . Mix all ingrediants in a 1 quart saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil for about 5 minutes, then lower heat to simmer for about 15 minutes or until broth is somewhat thick. Watch closely stirring occasionaly.
