1. Measure all of the ingredients in the order listed into the pan of your bread machine. Select the Dough Cycle.2. When the cycle is finished, turn the dough out onto a lightly floured board, and let it rest, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the oven to 450?F (230?C).3. Roll the dough into a long tube and cut into 16 equal pieces. Form each ball into a ball, then flatten it into a circle. Roll each circle out into a 6-8" circle approximately 1/8" (3 mm) thick.4. Bake the pitas, 2-3 at a time, for 3-4 minutes. While one set is baking, roll out the next set. Remove the pitas from the oven and stack them on a plate. Keep them wrapped in a towel while they cool.
