Here is how you make Jen's Squash:

wash and slice squash (doesn't really matter however you like to slice as long as the slices aren't too thick). then slice your onion. I like to cook mine in a skillet but a pot with a lid will also work. drizzle the olive oil onto the skillet and turn heat on medium or medium high depending on how hot your stove gets. place the squash and onion in the pan and cover.
