Here is how you make Parmesan Squash Saute:

Wash and slice zucchini and yellow squashAdd 2 TB olive oil to skillet or saute pan and heat to medium. Add fresh garlic and saute until toast colored.Add zucchini, squash and onion. Saute, stirring occassionally. Add salt & pepper. Cover pan with lid on loosely.When all vegetables are tender and starting to crisp from contact with the pan, remove from heat and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
