Here is how you make Brussels Sprouts Stir-up:

Spray skillet with cooking spay and put on med-high heat.Add chopped onions and diced pepper, cover pan to sweat onions. when translucent add olive oil and reduce heat to medium. Prepare brussels sprouts by cutting off end, removing hard or discolored outer leaves and slicing in half lengthwise. Rise prepared brussels sprouts in colander with water, and add to skillet. Add 1/4 cup water, soy sauce, garlic and rosemary and stir. Reduce heat to med-low, cover and cook for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serving Size:?makes four(4) - 1 cup servings
